1. About Us

2. Services & Scope
We build tools and dashboards that process data from client-provided datasets and public online sources (e.g., public Facebook Pages) in compliance with applicable laws and the Meta Platform Policies. We do not access private content without a lawful basis and express authorization.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
Our services are intended for business and research use. If we provide you with credentials, you must keep them confidential and comply with these Terms and any project-specific agreement.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services, bypass security controls, infringe third-party rights, or violate any platform’s terms (including Meta’s). You are responsible for ensuring that your downstream use of results complies with law and contracts.
5. Data & Privacy

6. Intellectual Property
We retain rights in our software, methods, and content we create. You retain rights in your own datasets. Results delivered to clients are licensed as set out in the project agreement.
7. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the completeness of third-party/public data.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim indirect/consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
9. Compliance & Third-Party Terms
You agree to comply with applicable laws (e.g., data protection) and third-party/platform terms (including Meta’s). We may suspend service for suspected violations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
