Mentorship programs

We want more and more girls and women in our community to learn about how research is done and to get excited about it. Which is why our researchers offer workshops and personalized guidance on several research topics as a complement to our internship programs and to junior research staff members.

Internship programs

Through our internship programs we aim to offer girls and women in Puebla, México the opportunity to obtain relevant work experience in research and data management as they assist our staff in ongoing research projects. This program aims to support local women as they initiate or re-orient their careers towards the research field, so they can receive an income as well as relevant mentorship while they transition to full-time employment in academia or the industry.
